商品がしっくりきませんか？返品をお考えであってもご安心ください。

当社は、お客様のご購入されたlululemon商品が以下の(a)および(b)の両方を満たす場合に、以下に記載の条件に従って、商品の到着から30日以内のi)返品および全額返金またはii)交換を承ります。

(a) 当該lululemon商品が、lululemon.co.jpで購入されたもので、かつ 、

(b) 当該lululemon商品が、ご購入時の状態（未洗濯、未着用、未使用、未破損）でご購入時の商品タグ、ラベル、シューズボックスおよび衛生保護シール（付いている場合）がすべてそのままの状態であること。

返品はlululemon.co.jpでのみお受けすることができ、ご購入時のお支払方法*で返金いたします。または、日本国内のlululemonストア（アウトレットストアまたは空港内ストアを除きます）で返品をお受けすることもできますが、その場合は、lululemonギフトカードで返金いたします*。

日本国内のlululemonストアでの交換については、在庫がある場合に限り、ご購入された商品と同じ価格またはそれ以上の価格の商品と交換できます。差額はお客様のご負担となります。ストアエデュケーターにeレシートをご提示ください。

商品の品質に問題がある場合を除き、すべてのウォーターボトル、アンダーウェア、ヘッドウェア、ソックス、フェイスマスク、値下げ商品、および「We Made Too Much」商品は、「売り切り」となります。これらの商品の返品、返金、交換はお受けできません。

当社のオンライン返品手続はとても簡単です。

当社のオンラインストア返品規定は、lululemon.co.jpから購入されたlululemon商品を対象としています。お客様がlululemon商品を他のlululemonウェブサイトからご購入された場合は、当該lululemonウェブサイトのオンライン返品規定をご参照ください。

上記のすべての条件は、適用される法令に基づく消費者としてのお客様の権利および救済手段に影響を及ぼすものではありません。

*注：

·    ご購入時のお支払方法がlululemonギフトカード、コンビニ決済またはセブンイレブン決済の場合、返金はlululemonギフトカードで行います。

·    返金手続全体（商品を当社に返送してから、お客様のアカウントに代金が返金されるまで）には、約1～2ヶ月かかります。 

·    ご購入されたフットウェアの返品ご希望の場合は、在庫がある場合に限り、日本国内の特定のlululemonストア（lululemon Tokyo Roppongi HillsおよびOsaka Midosujiストア）でのみ、このサービスがご利用可能ですのでご注意ください。

We offer i) returns online and provide a full refund or ii) exchange, within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that your lululemon product: (a) is purchased from lululemon.co.jp, AND (b) is in its original conditions (unwashed, unworn, unused, and undamaged) with all original hangtag, labels, shoebox and hygienic liner intact (if applicable), subject to the followings: 

Returns can be made to lululemon.co.jp, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method*. Alternatively, returns can be made to lululemon stores in Japan (excluding outlet or airport stores), where refunds will be issued in the form of a lululemon gift card*.

Exchanges at lululemon stores in Japan are allowed for products of equal or higher value, subject to availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and present the e-receipt to the store educators.

Unless there is a product quality issue, all water bottles, underwear, headwear, socks, face masks, markdown items and "We Made Too Much" products are final sale. They are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Our online return process is very simple.  

You may initiate your online return by sending an email to our Guest Education Center at [email protected] with the following information: 

• Your identity;  

• Your contact information; 

• Order number; 

• Returned items; 

• Pick-up location; and 

• Number of pieces of items.  

Our Online Return Policy covers all lululemon products purchased from lululemon.co.jp. If your lululemon product is purchased from another official lululemon website, please refer to the Online Return Policy of such official lululemon website.  

All terms and conditions stated above do not affect your rights and remedies as a consumer under applicable law. 

*Note:  

 If your original payment method is paid with a lululemon Gift Card, Konbini payment, or 7-11 payment, refund will be in the form of a lululemon Gift Card. 

 The entire refund process (from returning product to us and until payment is credited to your account) takes about 1 to 2 months. 

 If you wish to return your purchased footwear at our stores, please note that this service is available at select lululemon Japan stores only (lululemon Tokyo Roppongi Hills and Osaka Midosuji store), subject to availability.

当社は、お客様のご購入されたlululemon商品が以下の(a)および(b)の両方を満たす場合に、以下に記載の条件に従って、購入日から30日以内の返品もしくは交換をお受けします。

交換：

a)   lululemonのストア店舗に在庫がある場合に限り、お客様がご購入されたlululemon商品を返品し、同じ価格またはそれ以上の価格の別の商品と交換することを選択いただけます。差額がある場合、その差額をお支払いいただく必要があります。

返金：

a)   お客様はご購入されたlululemon商品を返品し、当社から返金を受けることを選択いただけます。当社は、お客様のご購入時のお支払方法で返金するか、またはlululemonギフトカードで返金いたします（lululemonアウトレットストアまたは空港内ストア（もしあれば）を除きます。）

b)  ご購入時にクレジットカードでお支払いされた場合は、当社で返金手続を行うことができるよう、同じクレジットカードをご持参ください。

c)  購入時に複数の支払方法を組み合わせた場合（例えば、クレジットカードと現金）、デビットカードまたは現金でお支払いされた分をlululemonギフトカードで返金した上で、残額についてはお支払いに使用されたクレジットカードに返金します。

d)  注意：当初のご購入に第三者のクーポンやバウチャー（例えば、ショッピングモールのクーポン）を使用し、または、それと併用されていた場合、返金はお受けできません。

商品の品質に問題がある場合を除き、すべてのウォーターボトル、アンダーウェア（ブラジャーを除く）、ヘッドウェア、ソックス、フェイスマスク、値下げ商品（アウトレットストアで購入されたものを含みます。）、および「We Made Too Much」商品は、「売り切り」となります。これらの商品の返品、返金、交換はお受けできません。

**お客様が日本のビジターで、lululemonのストア内の税金払い戻しプロセスまたはショッピングモールの免税カウンター（利用可能な場合）を介して、購入されたlululemonの商品に関する税金の払い戻しの請求を希望する場合、税金の払い戻し手続きが完了している商品については、返品（返金または交換を含みます。）をお引き受けいたしかねます。詳細については、当社のエデュケーターに問い合わせるか、税金払い戻しカウンターにお越しください。

当社のストア店舗返品規定は、日本国内のlululemonのストア店舗で購入されたlululemon商品を対象としています。お客様がlululemon商品を lululemon.co.jp からご購入された場合は、オンラインストア返品規定をご参照ください。お客様がlululemon商品を日本国外のlululemonストア店舗でご購入された場合は、現地の返品規定をご参照ください。

Thank you for choosing our lululemon products. If you wish to make a return, it is a simple process! 

We are happy to accept returns and provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date, provided that your lululemon product: (a) is purchased from any one of our lululemon stores in Japan, AND (b) is in its original conditions (unwashed, unworn, unused, and undamaged) with all original hangtag, labels, shoebox, and hygienic liner intact (if applicable), subject to the followings: 

Returns must be made to the original lululemon stores you purchased (except lululemon outlet or airport store (if applicable)) in Japan along with the original receipt or a valid gift receipt*. We do not accept any returns of lululemon products you purchased from oversea or from any oversea official lululemon website. 

Exchange: 

a. You may elect to return and exchange your lululemon product for another product of equal or higher value, subject to the product availability at the lululemon store. If there is any price difference, you may need to pay for the difference.  

Refund: 

a. You may elect to return and refund your lululemon product to us, and we will refund to you to your original payment method or to a lululemon gift card (except lululemon outlet or airport store (if applicable)) in Japan.  

b. If you originally paid with a credit card, please bring the same credit card along with you to enable us to process the refund.  

c. If the original payment was made with a debit card or cash, we will refund it to you in the form of a lululemon gift card. 

d. If the original payment was made with a combination of payment methods (i.e. credit card and cash), we will first refund anything you paid in debit card or cash with a lululemon gift card, and followed by refund the remainder to your payment card. 

e. Please note:- refund is not available if your original purchase was paid with or in combination with third party’s coupons or vouchers (i.e. mall coupons).  

Unless there is a product quality issue, all water bottles, underwear (except bras), headwear, - socks, face masks, markdown items (including those purchased at our outlet stores), and "We Made Too Much" products are final sale. They are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  

** If you are a visitor in Japan and wish to claim tax refund for the lululemon products you purchased via our instore tax refund process or via the tax-free counter of the shopping mall (where available), any returns (including refund or exchange) of your lululemon products will not be accepted after the tax refund procedure had been completed. Please speak to our educator or visit the tax refund counter for further details.

Our Store Return Policy covers all lululemon products purchased from lululemon stores in Japan. If your lululemon product is purchased from lululemon.co.jp , please refer to our Online Return Policy. If your lululemon product is purchased through our BBR (also known as BackBackRoom) service at the local lululemon stores in Japan, please refer to our Online Return Policy, and follow the same online return process.

If your lululemon product is purchased from another lululemon stores outside of Japan, please refer to the local return policy.

All terms and conditions stated above do not affect your rights and remedies as a consumer under applicable law.

* lululemon Footwear: You can buy lululemon footwear at select lululemon stores in Japan (lululemon Tokyo Roppongi Hills and Osaka Midosuji store) (“Select lululemon Japan Stores”). Our Store Return Policy continues to apply, except returns must be made to the Select lululemon Japan Stores only along with the original receipt or a valid gift receipt, subject to availability. For footwear bought through our instore BBR service or lululemon.co.jp, our Online Return Policy applies.
